The Human Intelligence Action Collective is the action arm of the Human Intelligence Movement — a global initiative working to ensure everyone develops the human skills to thrive in an AI-driven world.

We bring together educators, workforce innovators, business leaders, policymakers, and community changemakers to design practical tools, strategies, and approaches that center human intelligence as our collective advantage.

The Action Collective

Over the next 12 months, the Human Intelligence Action Collective will design and publish the first set of cross-sector tools, frameworks, and resources that advance human intelligence in real-world contexts, including:

  • The Human Intelligence Index — a shared framework for measuring and guiding human skill development.
  • The Human Intelligence Toolkit for Learning and Work — practical guides and tools to embed HI across classrooms, companies, and communities.
  • The Human Intelligence Pledge & Trust Mark — a visible, credible framework for public commitment to human-centered AI and education.
  • The HI in Action Case Studies Library — stories of real people, organizations, and systems living these ideas.
